RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE CHOOSING DELIVERY

It is essential to ensure that your delivery location is accessible to the delivery personnel, particularly elevators or staircases, to accommodate the delivery of bulky items. The dimensions of the product, which can be found directly on the product pages, will help you with this.

If delivery requires a freight elevator, it can be provided at your expense by our carrier, only in the Paris region and Île-de-France. The freight elevator is not included in the delivery price listed on the website. The cost of the freight elevator is approximately €280 excluding tax, and the price will be communicated to you for approval beforehand.

DELIVERY FEES AND PROCESS

Delivery costs are related to the size and weight of the items and are charged when validating the cart.

You can also create a cart with the items you want to order to better assess the delivery fees.

If you order several items with the same delivery time and method, the delivery fees will be capped.

Delivery by specialized carrier

Our transport partners will contact you via SMS, email, or phone before delivery to schedule an appointment.

The scheduled delivery will be made to your home.

Delivery by courier service

For small packages, delivery is made without an appointment, either to your home or to a pickup point.

This delivery is done via Colissimo.

Warehouse pickup

You can also pick up your order from our warehouse.

For any request for international shipping, you have two options:

  • Select warehouse pickup when validating your order, so you can arrange delivery with the carrier of your choice. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time for each item is indicated on the product page.

Delivery times for our items vary depending on whether they are in stock, their storage location, or their production cycle for made-to-order products.

You can check the status of your order at any time in your personal account to see the delivery times for each item.

By default, if you order multiple items, they will be delivered in a single shipment, with only one delivery fee.

However, you can choose to have your items delivered separately, depending on availability. In this case, delivery fees will apply to each shipment.

MODIFYING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is possible to modify the delivery address by contacting customer service.

However, if your order is already being shipped, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.

RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY

It is essential to promptly check the general condition of your package in the presence of the delivery person.

If there is visible damage at the time of delivery (e.g., damaged packaging), we recommend taking a photo and refusing the delivery, while noting any issues on the delivery slip.

If you notice damage after unpacking the item, you have up to 3 days to contact us. We will offer the best solution for you: replacement, repair of the item, free reshipping of a compliant item, or a refund.

You can file a claim through the return form in the "My Orders" section of your customer account, or by emailing customer service with your order number.

We recommend keeping your packaging, as it will be required for returning any items.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to submit a return request.

To do so, please send the return form to our customer service.

We will contact you to arrange the return of the items you wish to send back.

RETURN FEES

Return fees, equivalent to your original delivery fees, will apply. The cost will vary depending on the package size.

If the delivery fees were waived as part of a promotional offer, reasonable return fees will still apply and will be communicated to you by our customer service.
